1.1 Our Service currently allows users to consult with licensed medical professionals via audio, video, or chat.
1.2 Consultations are charged on a per-minute basis. All rates and billing details will be presented to you before the start of each consultation.
1.3 The Service does not provide medicine delivery, laboratory testing, or offline appointments at this time.
1.4 Future updates may introduce additional digital healthcare services. Any such services will be governed by updated Terms & Conditions, and will be made available only after appropriate disclosures.
2. User Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
2.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and account usage.
3. Account Responsibilities
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
4. Payment & Billing
4.1 All consultations are billed per minute at the rate displayed at the time of booking.
4.2 Payments must be made using the available payment methods within the app.
4.3 Refunds or cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy, which may be updated from time to time.
4.4 You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your use of the Service.
5. Medical Disclaimer
5.1 Our Service provides general medical consultation. It does not replace emergency care.
5.2 In case of medical emergencies, you should contact emergency services immediately.
5.3 Doctors on the platform are licensed professionals, but we are not responsible for any diagnosis, treatment, or outcomes.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Share false or misleading information
- Harass, abuse, or harm any doctor or other user
- Attempt to interfere with the app's security or functionality
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
8.2 We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of consultations.
9. Future Services Clause (Future-Proofing)
The Company may introduce additional healthcare services in the future, including but not limited to medicine delivery, lab testing, or other digital health features.
