This Pricing Policy explains how consultation charges, wallet balances, payments, and pricing-related matters are handled on the ChatQURE AI platform.

This policy applies to the use of ChatQURE AI mobile applications (Android and iOS), website, webpages, and related digital services (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

ChatQURE AI is owned and operated by Forge Aura Technologies Private Limited ("ChatQURE AI", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Pricing Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

1. Consultation Pricing Model

1.1 Per-Minute Billing

All healthcare consultations conducted on ChatQURE AI are charged on a per-minute basis.

The applicable consultation rate may vary depending on several factors, including:

  • The healthcare professional selected
  • Area of medical specialization
  • Professional qualifications and experience

The exact per-minute consultation rate will be clearly displayed before the consultation begins.

Charges are calculated based on the actual duration of the consultation session.

1A. AI Feature Pricing

ChatQURE AI provides paid AI-powered health information features.

AI features may include, but are not limited to:

  • Medical report analysis
  • Lab report insights
  • MRI report analysis
  • CT scan report analysis
  • X-ray report analysis
  • Radiology and pathology report explanation
  • Health-related question answers
  • Precaution suggestions
  • Doctor or specialist recommendation guidance

Users may upload reports, images, or documents through camera, gallery, file upload, or PDF upload options available within the Platform.

Each AI request, question, report analysis, or document analysis may be chargeable. The price may be approximately ₹9 per AI question or request, or any other amount clearly displayed on the Platform before the user submits the request.

The applicable charge will be shown to the user before using the AI feature. By submitting an AI question, report, image, or PDF for analysis, the user agrees to the displayed charge.

ChatQURE AI may update AI feature pricing from time to time. Any updated price will be displayed on the Platform before the user submits an AI request.

2. Wallet System

2.1 Prepaid Wallet

ChatQURE AI operates on a prepaid wallet system.

Users are required to add funds to their wallet before initiating a consultation request.

The wallet balance must be sufficient to cover the consultation charges.

2.2 Real-Time Deductions

Consultation charges are deducted from the user's wallet balance in real time based on the duration of the consultation.

If the wallet balance becomes insufficient during an active consultation:

  • The consultation may be paused, or
  • The consultation may be automatically terminated.

2.3 AI Feature Deductions

Charges for AI features may be deducted from the user’s wallet balance at the time the AI request is submitted.

If the user’s wallet balance is insufficient, the AI request may not be processed until the user adds sufficient funds to the wallet.

AI feature charges may apply per question, per report, per image, per PDF, or per AI request, depending on the pricing displayed within the Platform.

3. Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Users may add funds to their wallet using payment methods made available on the Platform, which may include:

  • Digital payment gateways
  • Debit cards or credit cards
  • UPI or other electronic payment methods

Available payment options may vary depending on platform availability and regulatory requirements.

3.2 Secure Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateway providers.

ChatQURE AI does not store full payment card numbers or sensitive payment instrument details on its servers.

4. Refunds & Adjustments

4.1 Consultation Charges

Once a consultation session has started, all consultation charges are considered final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for situations including but not limited to:

  • Network connectivity issues
  • Device limitations or malfunctions
  • Internet service interruptions
  • Call quality degradation
  • Technical failures or service disruptions
  • Third-party service provider issues
  • Circumstances beyond ChatQURE AI's reasonable control

ChatQURE AI shall not be liable for interruptions, failures, or degraded service quality caused by external technical factors.

4.2 AI Feature Charges

Once an AI request, question, report analysis, image analysis, or PDF analysis has been submitted and processed, the applicable charge is considered final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued merely because the user is dissatisfied with the AI-generated response, explanation, precaution suggestion, or doctor/specialist recommendation.

ChatQURE AI responses are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be treated as medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment.

However, ChatQURE AI may review refund or adjustment requests in cases of duplicate deduction, failed transaction, amount deducted without AI request processing, or any verified technical error.

5. Taxes

Consultation fees may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other government-imposed charges.

The applicable tax amount will be displayed at the time of payment where required.

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their use of the Platform.

6. Pricing Changes

6.1 Policy on Pricing Updates

ChatQURE AI reserves the right to modify consultation rates, wallet limits, service charges, or pricing structures at any time.

6.2 Effect on Existing Consultations

Any changes to consultation pricing will be displayed on the Platform before a new consultation begins.

Pricing changes will not affect consultations that are already in progress.

7. Pricing Transparency

ChatQURE AI is committed to maintaining clear and transparent pricing practices.

Users can expect:

  • No hidden charges
  • No mandatory subscriptions
  • No automatic renewals, unless explicitly stated

Users are encouraged to review pricing details carefully before initiating a consultation.
